Is it possible to inspect the factory?
Welcome to visit our factory! We have 20 years production experience.Long-term cooperation with many top 500 companies. We are also a standard manufacturer for Walmart.with various inspection certificates and our own patents.
What certification do you have?
We have a variety of inspection certificates (e.g.ISO9001,SGS,BSCI,FDA,etc.). As of 2024, there have more than 200 Registered patents.

If I Provide My Sketches/Design, Can You Sign An NDA With Me To Protect My Design?
Of course, we are professional in OEM/ODM projects and we protect all the designs of every client, we will sign NDA if needed to ensure that we won't send your artwork to any other clients and won't sell your OEM items to anyone else. Any questions please send us your inquiry.
What is the MOQ? What can be customized?
1): Minimum order quantity is 500 pieces.
2): We can help customize your product design. You can tell us your ideas and we will help you to realize them, we will make 2D/3D drawings for you to confirm, and we can sign an NDA to protect your designs. Our R&D and design team introduces over 300 designs every year which is what makes us stand out.
How do you quality control?
Before mass production: samples will be provided for confirmation.
During production: We have two QC checking assembling lines for each bottle.Every 2 hours have QC to check your goods during manufacturing to assembling and packing. We send QC paper any time you need (with photos and details so that you can feel more safe for the PO progree.)
Before shipment: Final inspection.
How Long Is The Production Lead Time?
It takes 30-35 days for MOQ. We have a large automated production capacity, and by using highly intelligent systems for labor operations, we have greatly improved efficiency, reduced labor costs, and ensured quick delivery even for large volume production.
What Is Your Payment Term And Shipping?
Payment Method: Our normal payment method is 30% in advance after signing the order and 70% after receiving the copy of bill of lading. We also accept Letter of Credit on sight and welcome Alibaba Trade Guarantee orders. Transportation is by express, sea or air. We will recommend a cost-effective delivery method for you.
