How Do We Control

The Quality Of SH Products?

We have dozens of quality inspectors and inspection lines
We inspect every product that will be sold worldwide

Material Checking

SH checks all the material of Tritan,PP and Stainless Steel once it arrives.

For plastic raw materials, we will verify whether the material meets food safety standards, check the color and purity of the raw material particles, and prevent impurities from entering.

For stainless steel plates, ensure that the material meets the standards and control the basic quality of the product from the source.

Function Checking

Different materials endow bottle with different functionalities, and functional testing of bottle is particularly important.

So, SH will conduct multiple tests on the insulation, sealing, and temperature resistance of each bottle. Require high quality while ensuring that the product has sufficient safety and stability in daily life.

And provide local testing certificates for customers in different countries.

Injection Checking

Every 2 hours, SH will have QC inspect the products during the production process, including:

1. Check whether the color is uniform and consistent, whether there is color difference, and ensure that the product color meets customer requirements

2. Ensure that the surface, edges, interfaces, and other parts of the product are smooth, free of burrs, and avoid scratches during use.

3. Inspect the surface of the bottle for glossiness, uniformity, adhesion, etc. Strictly screen defective products with scratches on the bottle body.

4. Use high-precision instruments to weigh each product, ensuring sufficient material and stable performance.

Assembling Checking

SH has 2 QC checking assembling lines on the 2nd floor for each bottle.

Quality inspectors will conduct a comprehensive review of the appearance, function, accessories, and other aspects of the product according to strict inspection standards. This includes rechecking the surface for defects, functionality, and completeness of accessories to ensure that every beverage set to be packaged meets quality requirements. The final check before packaging each bottle.

Packing Checking

SH strictly follows all packaging details for inspection according to the specific requirements of the customer. include:

1. Specifications of packaging materials, printing quality, packaging methods, protective measures, etc.
2. Ensure that the packaging meets the customer's brand image and transportation protection requirements
3. Check whether the necessary information such as labels and labels on the packaging are clear and accurate.

Container Loading Checking

During the container loading process, SH personnel will be responsible for checking the quantity and supervising the loading operation.

To ensure that the products are neatly and stably placed in the container, preventing collisions and compression during transportation.

After the packing is completed, take clear packaging photos in a timely manner and update them to customers so that they can understand the packaging status of the goods in real time.
