4. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
a)- We have our own design team. Please share your ideas with us and we will design for you.
b)- Alternatively, you can provide images in JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF formats, and we will create 3D drawings for the mold or printing screen based on our technology for your final confirmation.
5.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment method is to pay a 30% deposit after the order is signed, and a 70% deposit will be paid upon presentation of a copy of the bill of lading. We also accept sight letters of credit.
